ASYA General Manager Tophy Andrada has appointed VIC ALCUAZ as consultant for the resort’s service excellence upgrade. The training programs will run through September and will involve all of their frontline staff. Among the topics to be discussed are The Passion for Service Excellence and The 5 Cardinal Rules of Service Excellence.
VIC ALCUAZ was also requested to assist the resort establish their ‘ASYA Guest Centric Cycle Standards Manual’.
