Alegre General Manager, Ms. Dottie Wurgler-Cronin signed a long term agreement with Vic Alcuaz for the running of several training programs to complete the resort's rebranding efforts that will run through 2013.

Currently undergoing major renovation, Alegre opened it's doors to the public in the early '90's.

The programs that will be scheduled include the following:

• Vision, Mission and Value statements rewriting
• Leadership workshops
• Train the trainers workshops
• Service excellence seminars
• Writing of the resort's 'Alegre Moments Service Standards' manual

All these programs are expected to have been run before the end of 2012.

Further training that will focus on higher level skills in leadership as well as in service will be scheduled in 2013.
