Boracay Entertainment Resources Inc., (The BERI Group) Chief Operating Officer Ernie Casas has contracted VIC ALCUAZ as official trainer for both management and front line staff training this 2015. Among the brands the company owns are Aria Cucina Italiana, Hama Japanese Cuisine, Cafe del Sol and Gelato. All these four brands are among the top restaurants in Boracay.
 
The programs scheduled for running are: 'Becoming An Effective Restaurant Manager' and 'Excellent, It's all about attitude!'

Asya Premier Suites Boracay

ASYA General Manager Tophy Andrada has appointed VIC ALCUAZ as consultant for the resort’s service excellence upgrade. The training programs will run through September and will involve all of their frontline staff. Among the topics to be discussed are The Passion for Service Excellence and The 5 Cardinal Rules of Service Excellence.

VIC ALCUAZ was also requested to assist the resort establish their ‘ASYA Guest Centric Cycle Standards Manual’.

The ASYA Premier Suites Boracay recently graduated its first batch of 30 staff for the training program entitled "EXCELLENT! IT'S ALL ABOUT ATTITUDE!"

Gerry and Lanie Verar, owners of one of Zamboanga City’s pioneer hotels Marcian Garden Hotel have appointed VIC ALCUAZ as their consultant for the opening of what will become the biggest convention center in Zamboanga. The center will be able to accommodate over 2,000 guests at one time when it opens before the end of this year. Marcian Garden Hotel which has 40 rooms will also close for full renovation and re-open as a Boutique First Class hotel in the first quarter of 2016. Plans for a new wing with additional 120 rooms is being finalised.
